NoxVerse, kullanıcı hesabı ve uygulama deneyimi kapsamında kişisel verilerini işler.
İşleme Amaçları
Veriler; hesap oluşturma, yaş uygunluğunun kayda alınması, rüya kaydı, AI analizi, rüya görselleştirme, güvenlik, hata giderme ve kullanıcı deneyimini geliştirme amaçlarıyla işlenebilir.
Hakların
KVKK kapsamında kişisel verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsin.
Silme Talebi
Uygulama içindeki hesap silme ekranından hesabını ve kişisel verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.
Hukuki Sebep ve Aktarım
Kişisel veriler; sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi, meşru menfaat ve gerekli olduğu durumlarda açık rıza hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir. Hizmetin sağlanması için Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple, Google ve Expo gibi yurt dışında bulunabilen sağlayıcılara gerekli ölçüde aktarım yapılabilir.

Data Controller
NoxVerse processes personal data in connection with your user account and app experience.
Purposes of Processing
Data may be processed for account creation, recording age eligibility, dream recording, AI analysis, dream visualization, security, troubleshooting, and improving the user experience.
Your Rights
Under KVKK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data.
Deletion Request
You can permanently delete your account and personal data from the account deletion screen in the app.
Legal Basis and Transfers
Personal data is processed as necessary to perform the user agreement, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests, and, where required, based on explicit consent. Data necessary to provide the service may be transferred to providers such as Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple, Google and Expo that may operate outside Türkiye.
